Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We regret to inform that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. 

Q: What is the material of the backing?

Our backings are made of surgical grade stainless steel and they are nickel and lead free. 

Q: I do not have pierced ears. Are clip-on options available?

Yes, clip-ons are available. Kindly leave a note when you cart out. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at oaknstyle@gmail.com

Q: I received an incorrect product. What should I do?

We apologise for the oversight. Please drop us an email together with the product images and order number to oaknstyle@gmail.com
